Bristol Seafood Participates in “Earth Day” Event at Hannaford Brothers

On Tuesday April 24^th, Bristol Seafood participated in Hannaford Brother’s “Earth Day Celebration 2012” at the Hannaford offices in Scarborough Maine. The event was designed to get Hannaford’s associates engaged and active in promoting healthier lives for themselves, their families, the community, and the planet.

Bristol Seafood representatives included Brian Robinson (Sales and Marketing), Brian Pomerleau (General Manager) and Darrell Pardy (President). Bristol provided the 600+ associates with samples of fresh dry scallops. In keeping with the theme of the event all materials used were organic and recyclable.

Bristol Seafood is a major supplier of sustainable seafood to Hannaford Brothers. The company believes that responsible stewardship can be achieved and enhanced through the sourcing of product that has a minimal environmental impact on the planet’s resources.
