In our Processing Plant

A team spirit, the ability to start work early, and the ability to lift fifty (50) pounds on a regular basis are required for all plant positions.

Fillet and Scallops Processing Departments

 Processing positions often are available in areas such as: 

•  Hand Cutters
•  Packers
•  Trimmers
•  Sorters
•  Production helpers

Shipping and Receiving Department 

Positions open regularly and include:

• Warehouse Crew: Various shifts with a staggered start from 2:00 a.m.
• Drivers: All license classes for Inter-state short haul routes and deliveries.

Office
