Description
A white, firm, and lean fillet that is low in fat and when cooked the fillet takes on a bright white appearance. The flavor is delicate and slightly sweet with a finer flake than cod. Sold with skin on or skin off in various fillet cuts (full nape, j-cut, or V-cut).
