For the best prices, availability, and to order from Bristol Seafood you can call, fax or e-mail your order. In your fax or e-mail be sure to include your company name, your name, company phone number and fax number. We will respond within two business days. Our sales staff is available to answer your questions and take your order over the phone between 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Bristol Seafood searches the world to supply fresh and frozen seafood to wholesale, retail and food service customers throughout the United States and abroad. Seafood availability and pricing fluctuate daily, so we are always looking for the best products at the best prices. Contact us to order from our daily fresh and frozen seafood inventory. Payment & Shipping Information
Customer Information
If you are a current customer, your company's name and phone number will identify you. For new customers we will require your full Company name, bill to address, ship to address, phone and fax numbers. Additional information may be requested in order to establish your credit history. We accept commercial orders only and will need to establish your credit history before we can ship your order.
Terms
All our sales are cash or invoiced. We do not accept any credit or debit cards. Credit will be extended for invoiced sales based on information gathered by our credit department. This usually takes between one (1) and two (2) days. We use SeaFax Credit Services to establish credit lines for most customers. If you are not listed with SeaFax, our credit department will need extra time to establish your credit rating.
Shipping and handling
Shipping charges are based on the method and distance of shipping required by the customer. The shipping methods we use most commonly are customer pick-up, commercial carrier and airfreight. All our fresh and frozen products are packed for travel with ice or ice packs, but refrigerated trucks are required for shipping long distances. A handling charge is added to all sales of less than 100 pounds. Call for specific charges.

1. We ship to business addresses only.
2. Our standard package is not suitable for retail trade. If different packaging is required, the cost will be added to the order and additional time will be required to fulfill the order.
