Salmon
Description
A silver skinned fish with black cross like spots over the body and head and above the lateral line. Flesh is pink to red, with a medium texture and a fine delicate taste. Salmon is ideal for grilling, baking and broiling. The flesh has a moist delicate flavor with a large flake.
