At Bristol Seafood, we specialize in fresh North Atlantic fish, frozen at sea fish, and scallops. We sell haddock, Atlantic salmon and scallops year round. Many other species are available seasonally.
We package our fish to suit your needs. Typical formats are whole fish, fillets, steaks, IQF, dry scallops, and processed scallops. Generally we pack whole fish in 50 to 100 pound boxes or totes. Fillets and scallops are packed to industry standards or to customer specifications. Ice is added to all boxes to ensure the product arrives fresh at its destination. IQF and other packaging can be arranged.
